Postdoctoral Fellowship

I. Program Overview

The Wynn Medical Center Postdoctoral Training Program is designed to provide advanced training in clinical research, biostatistics, study design, meta-analysis, and quality control for postdoctoral scholars with doctoral degrees (PhD, MD/DO, PharmD). The program integrates didactic learning, hands-on research experience, and professional development, preparing scholars for careers in academia, clinical research, industry, and healthcare leadership.

This program follows a hybrid model, allowing both in-person and remote participation to accommodate diverse professional and research commitments. Scholars may choose between part-time or full-time enrollment, ensuring flexibility while maintaining rigorous academic and research standards.

The program is inspired by established postdoctoral training curricula such as Harvard’s Postdoc Academy, NIH postdoc training programs, and USC’s postdoctoral fellowship models, while emphasizing community-based clinical research and real-world impact in patient care.
